What are shipping charges for my order?

Emboz.com will not add any shipping charges for all the orders within India.

How many days will it take for the delivery of paintings once the order is placed? Orders within India:

Once your order is placed, we will take maximum 7 working days for the delivery of the order. However, we might take 3 more days for your order delivery in some of the remote places in India.

What is the packaging procedure followed to secure my order?

All the packages are done with extra care to ensure that they are not damaged during the transit. Plastic bubble wraps are used to make it water proof and secure.

How can i track my order?

When you place an order an order number will be generated. You can note down this order number from the order confirmation page. Also, this order number will be mailed to your mail ID for your convenience. You can use this order number for all your communication about your order. When you place an order an order number will be generated.

How can I receive bill for order?

What can I do if the painting is damaged while reaching me?

Even though extreme care is taken for the packaging and delivery of your order, due to some unavoidable reasons you might receive damaged products. If you notice any damage to your order during the courier delivery itself, please mention this in the Remarks section of the courier service sheet. Please report any damage in the order, within 3 days from the delivery. We will replace your order at our cost.

What is Cash On Delivery?

One of the options for placing an order is, “Cash on Delivery”. In this option you will place an order in our website without making any payments in advance. You will be making a payment when the order is actually delivered at your place. Please note that, you need to make the payments in cash when your order is delivered at your door step.
